Orders can be Edited , Updated and Cancelled by the Customer without limit for 16 hours from when the order is placed.

Once 16 hours passes but before the order ships the customer can cancel the order by clicking cancel from within their account or from the order status page. The customer can also select to have a refund paid to the original payment method or a credit applied to their online account allowing them to place another order straight away. Refunds are processed once the customer selected to do so and cannot be reversed however the time the card issuer or a bank takes to apply the credit to the customers card or bank account is beyond our control.

If an order has already shipped and you want to cancel the order then you must complete a RETURN using the online RETURN FORM on the footer of the webstore. This means signing for the product when it is delivered and then organising for it to be shipped back using a trackable service such as FEDEX or AN POST. Once the item is received unopend your refund will be processed within 24 to 72 hours less the cost of shipping. If the order originally had FREE Shipping you will be charged the lowest shipping charge applicable to your order and destination. If you refused to accept the order when FEDEX or AN POST attempted to deliver to you then this will substantially delay the return of the order to us and risks the loss of the order given you are relying on FEDEX or AN POST to return without terms or insurance. If Fedex or An Post return then you may be liable to any cost levied by these carriers for the return. It is not advisable to refuse delivery as this can result in lost orders and delays in processing refunds. 

Most items can be returned for credit or refund within 14 days once not used however any items which have automotive glue , tape , waxes , sprays cannot be returned. Under the 14 day return goods should be unused and in their original packing with any original manuals which may have been included. If you have an issue inside or outside of 14 days please contact us and be truthful and we will do our best to offer a solution to assist you whether you qualify for a return or not.
