If you have any doubt regards an accessory being compatible with your exact Tesla Model please contact us prior to placing your order. This is expecially important were the Tesla Model is not listed as compatible within the description for example the Tesla Model Y RWD Made in Giga Berlin. The Berlin Made RWD Model has minor differences over the Fremont , Shanghai and Texas Model Y with some Accessories such as Trunk Bins for example not fitting the Berlin RWD Model Y and Model Y Juniper. We do not list the Berlin RWD Model Y as a seperate Model however most owners are aware their cars do have differences in the trunk area , brake calipers , etc and if you have a Berlin RWD model and you are in doubt about an accessory being compatible please contact us before placing your order.

Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

If you have any concerns with compatibility prior to ordering please email us and we will assist with ensuring compatibility with your exact make and model prior to shipping the order.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

We do not distinguish between the Tesla Model Y+ Juniper RWD and AWD Models however if your RWD Model comes from Giga Berlin you will need to confirm compatibility on certain accessories such as trunk bins and caliper covers as these items will not fit the German Made Tesla Model Y RWD from Giga Berlin. If in doubt please contact us for assistance.

We also offer REVOLUT PAY and REVOLUT CARD PROCESSING as an alternative for customers who are Revolut customers or who want to use an alternative to Stripe. As well as Revolut Accounts we can accept Debit and Credit Card payments from Mastercard and Visa Cards through Revolut Payments.

If we are to CREDIT or REFUND an order we are only allowed to credit or refund the same method of payment used when placing the order.

All Orders placed for delivery in Ireland & the EU include all local taxes including VAT with no further payments required. Orders shipped to NON EU Countries such as Switzerland , Iceland , Norway may incur local taxes upon arrival into the destination country which the customer is liable for.

A hétfőtől péntekig délután 1 óráig leadott és kifizetett megrendeléseket még aznap feldolgozzuk, és 1-3 napon belül kiszállítjuk. A megrendelés kiszállítását követően KISZÁLLÍTÁSI E-MAILT kap, amely tartalmazza a nyomon követési információkat, így tudni fogja, hogy megrendelése elhagyta a Teslary-t, és úton van Önhöz.

Igyekszünk minden megrendelést a lehető leggyorsabban kiszállítani, sok megrendelés 24 órán belül kiszállításra kerül. Az, hogy mennyi idő alatt érkezik meg a megrendelés a szállítási címre, a választott szállítási opciótól és az Ön lakóhelye szerinti országtól függ.

Európai megrendeléseinket írországi raktárunkból szállítjuk, és webáruházunkban felsorolt összes termék fizikailag raktárunkban van, így biztosítva a lehető leggyorsabb szállítást írországi és európai ügyfeleinknek.
