WARRANTY

If you have any doubt regards an accessory being compatible with your exact Tesla Model please contact us prior to placing your order. This is expecially important were the Tesla Model is not listed as compatible within the description for example the Tesla Model Y RWD Made in Giga Berlin. The Berlin Made RWD Model has minor differences over the Fremont , Shanghai and Texas Model Y with some Accessories such as Trunk Bins for example not fitting the Berlin RWD Model Y and Model Y Juniper. We do not list the Berlin RWD Model Y as a seperate Model however most owners are aware their cars do have differences in the trunk area , brake calipers , etc and if you have a Berlin RWD model and you are in doubt about an accessory being compatible please contact us before placing your order.

Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

If you have any concerns with compatibility prior to ordering please email us and we will assist with ensuring compatibility with your exact make and model prior to shipping the order.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

We do not distinguish between the Tesla Model Y+ Juniper RWD and AWD Models however if your RWD Model comes from Giga Berlin you will need to confirm compatibility on certain accessories such as trunk bins and caliper covers as these items will not fit the German Made Tesla Model Y RWD from Giga Berlin. If in doubt please contact us for assistance.

All Warranties Provided are done so under the Laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union with the contract of sale under the laws of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

We are not associated with or endorsed by Tesla Motor Company with all of our accessories either designed in house or purchased from third party oem manufacturers. If we sell a part made by the Tesla Motor Company we will state this clearly in the product description. If we do not state this you can assume the product is not made by Tesla Motor Company and is a third party after market product designed specially for your Tesla Model.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by DEBIT and CREDIT card with payments processed when orders are placed. We cannot ship an order unless we have received payment. When your order is processed we will send confirmation of payment by way of an Invoice which will show your payment.

If we are to CREDIT or REFUND an order we are only allowed to credit or refund the same method of payment used when placing the order.

All Orders placed for delivery in Ireland include all local taxes including VAT with no further payments required.

DELIVERY

Bestellingen die van maandag tot en met vrijdag vóór 13.00 uur worden geplaatst en betaald, worden dezelfde dag nog verwerkt en binnen 1 tot 3 dagen verzonden. Zodra een bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een VERZENDEMAIL met trackinginformatie, zodat u weet dat uw bestelling Teslary heeft verlaten en onderweg is naar u.

We streven ernaar om alle bestellingen zo snel mogelijk te verzenden, waarbij veel bestellingen binnen 24 uur worden verzonden. Hoe lang het duurt voordat de bestelling op uw afleveradres aankomt, is afhankelijk van de door u gekozen bezorgoptie en het land waar u woont.

Wij verzenden onze Europese bestellingen vanuit ons magazijn in Ierland en alle producten in onze webshop zijn fysiek op voorraad in ons magazijn, waardoor wij onze klanten in Ierland en heel Europa zo snel mogelijk kunnen leveren.

Voor kleine bestellingen onder € 50 bedragen de verzendkosten € 6,99 en is tracking niet inbegrepen. U ontvangt echter een verzendbevestiging per e-mail en kunt de gemiddelde levertijden naar uw bestemming controleren op de website van ANPOST.IE.

Voor bestellingen van meer dan € 50 met GRATIS LEVERING verzenden we meestal met ANPOST.IE, waarbij we gebruikmaken van hun standaardpostdienst voor binnenlandse en internationale leveringen. U ontvangt een verzendbevestiging per e-mail met een verzendbewijs. U kunt de levering echter niet volgen, maar u kunt de website ANPOST.IE bezoeken en de gemiddelde levertijden voor uw land van bestemming controleren.

Alle ANPOST.IE-pakketten die binnen Ierland worden verzonden, worden standaard voorzien van tracking. Als u echter een verzendverzekering wilt afsluiten, selecteert u de premium verzendoptie.

ANPOST.IE is de nationale postdienst van Ierland. Voor leveringen naar andere Europese landen wordt de levering verzorgd door de nationale postdienst van het betreffende land. Als u bijvoorbeeld een pakket naar Spanje volgt, wordt het pakket overgedragen aan CORREOS en kunt u het volgen op de website CORREOS.ES.

Als u kiest voor een premium verzendoptie zoals AN POST INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS, FEDEX of DHL naar een land in Europa, is tracking inbegrepen en ontvangt u een tracking-ID in uw verzendmail waarmee u uw bestelling kunt volgen vanaf onze locatie tot aan de bestemming. Dit kan extra kosten met zich meebrengen voor een bestelling, maar omvat zowel tracking als transportverzekering.

Als u de voorkeur geeft aan een specifieke verzenddienst in het land van bestemming, bieden wij verzending met FedEx en DHL aan als betaalde service. We verwachten begin 2026 UPS toe te voegen. Als onze klanten in andere landen de voorkeur geven aan andere verzendbedrijven die wij niet aanbieden, neem dan contact met ons op, zodat we kunnen controleren of we deze kunnen toevoegen.
